Since our start in 1986, our services have expanded extensively from just being an emergency shelter for women and their children fleeing from abuse and violence. Through our Women’s Centre of Hamilton, Flamborough Women’s Resource Centre and Jared’s Place, Interval House of Hamilton offers legal advocacy, counselling, employment support, housing & transitional services as well as education and prevention programs.

On February 21, we will celebrate the courage of all women who have reached out for support services and show gratitude to our community for standing up for freedom from abuse/violence against women.
