To help our fellow students at CapU open another door to success, the Capilano Human Resources Management Association presents our Interview Preparedness Workshop.

Through this event, we welcome HRM professionals with extensive experience in the field to share their insights about the recruitment and selection processes. Their explanation will provide you with the fundamentals of these two processes.

1. how to analyze job descriptions to build a resume and get through the Applicant Tracking System

2. how to understand the interview conduct from the recruiters’ perspectives.

You will have opportunities to ask questions and request further information about related topics via the Q&A sessions. We will also prepare snacks, soft drinks, a super-cool photo booth, and a space for you to socialize with our guest speakers and other attendees.
