STEPHEN SONDHEIM and JAMES LAPINE’s Tony Award®-winning triumph INTO THE WOODS comes this November to Paris, ON.
A stellar Alumni cast of Playful Fox Production members (past and present) come together in memory of the great musical legend STEPHEN SONDHEIM over the anniversary weekend of his passing one year ago (November 26, 2021).
SYNOPSIS:
The musical intertwines the plots of several Brothers Grimm fairy tales and characters, with main characters taken from "Little Red Riding Hood", "Jack and the Beanstalk", "Rapunzel", and "Cinderella", as well as several others.
The plot is tied together by a story involving a childless baker and his wife and their quest to begin a family who are sent on a quest to undo the spell by a witch who has placed a curse on them.
Featuring such timeless songs as "GIANTS IN THE SKY", "STEPS OF THE PALACE" and "CHILDREN WILL LISTEN"... be transported to a fairy tale land where all is not what it seems and learn to "be careful what you wish for" as every action has a consequence.

Playful Fox Productions will offer full refunds (less any Eventbrite fees and taxes) up to two weeks in advance of the opening performance. Any last minute cancellations after that date will be at the discretion of the company owners and only granted in the most extenuating circumstances.
