Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) is an effective therapy option for individuals who experience intense emotions and difficulty coping and communicating with others due to a mental health/addiction issue. Dialectical Living is pleased to offer this in-demand therapy at an affordable rate and in an accessible online format.

In our 12-week Intro to DBT online program, you will learn the 4 DBT modules and their core skills.

  • Distress Tolerance: ACCEPTS, IMPROVE, Self-Soothing, Pros and Cons, TIPP, Urge Surfing
  • Mindfulness: Wise Mind, What & How skills, Radical Acceptance
  • Emotion Regulation: PLEASE, Validation

We will be using GoToMeeting, an interactive online webinar platform. The live class runs once a week for 2 hours. All classes are recorded for later viewing and also to ensure any missed class can easily be caught up. Learning DBT online is a great option for those who are unsure about an in-person group or require flexibility due work, school or family obligations. An online platform also makes the course completely accessible as you attend from the comfort of your home.
