Graphic Facilitation and Graphic Recording are techniques used to help groups think through, plan, evaluate or document their goals, work or projects. Images are drawn by hand on large-scale paper in front of the group, which engages creativity and helps synergies emerge. Groups often keep the recordings as a colorful record and documentation of their progress, visions and evolution.

Join us for a hands-on workshop to learn how to take your flip charts to the next level, build confidence, improve your handwriting, and build your visual vocabulary. No experience is required. Please bring a sketchbook and get ready for some fun!

Date: Wednesday April 25th
Time: 6:30-9:30PM
Location: George Brown College, Casa Loma Campus, 142 Kendal Ave., Room E111 (watch for our signs)
Accessibility: We will gather in a barrier free space. Subway tokens available to attendees by request. Please write to Laura@toolsforchange.net if you have specific requirements around accessibility.

Trainer: Tanya Gerber uses graphic facilitation or graphic recording to help groups think through, plan or evaluate their goals, work or projects. Services are offered from a principle-centred approach and draw from 20 years of experience managing social service and advocacy organizations and facilitating groups of all kinds.
