Mala necklaces are traditionally used as Buddhist prayer beads, similar to a rosary. They can be used in prayer and meditation, or worn by anyone seeking a calmer mind, body, and soul. One does not need to be religious to use or wear a mala, just want to keep a positive reminder with them throughout the day!

In this class you will learn the basics of Buddhist traditions and create a mala of your own to keep!

Space is limited! Full payment is required prior to Oct 13th to save your spot.

Dont want to pay online? You can also pay in person at the store!
