Fusion Cardio Toronto is offering intro spots in Mom and Baby Pound Fit for new-beginners only.
Pound combines easy-to-follow cardio moves with strength training and drumming. The combo works the entire body and raises the heart to a fat burning zone. The workout's routines which include standing, sitting and laying down routines, are paired to some of the hottest Rock, HipHop, and Trap remixed songs. This is a moderate impact workout and is always beginner-friendly.
To participate, all you need to do is show up with your baby (4 months and up) in a car seat. Strollers must be left outside of the center at this location. Bring a Yoga mat for you and towel for your baby to lay and play on, a bottle of water, and wear a comfortable pair of dance or cross training shoes.

IMPORTANT RULES AND CONDITIONS: All sales are final. Female-only. Must review and bring the Waiver and PARQ forms in the registration email to confirm you are cleared for exercise. New Beginners only. Ticket cancellations must be made 24-hours in advance or you may be restricted from future introductory signups.
