About this Event
Have you been hearing all about this "breathwork" thing but aren't sure about whether it's something you're ready to explore or not?
Breathwork can be a beautiful, gentle, and self-supportive practice, and I also understand that it can seem intimidating—overwhelming, even—for first-time breathers.
In this introductory session, you'll not only learn why you might want to welcome conscious connected breathwork into your life ('cause like, you're already breathing so why add another thing, right?), but you'll also learn how to create safety in your practice and what to expect.
After a brief overview of the what, the why, and the how of conscious connected breathwork, you'll be led through a gentle 15-minute practice that will help you calm you body and strengthen your mind, pulling you out of the fight-or-flight state we've been living in for much of 2020.
Upon registration, you'll receive an email that will contain an intake form that must be filled out prior to your session. Please be sure to complete this before we start!
You'll also receive an email the day before with some tips on how to set up a comfortable space for our session.
