About this Event

Data visualization is not a new concept but using this form of visual communication in learning, research and presenting is gaining a lot of momentum. In this workshop you will learn why visual communication is so important and more about the tools that will be supported by the Brock University Digital Scholarship Lab. You will also learn how these tools can streamline your research methods and engage an audience. The ability to effectively apply data visualization and to use tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, ArcGIS Pro and Voyant are employable skills that will enrich your resume. This workshop is intended to spark your curiosity and provide more insight into exciting digital scholarship methods.

This workshop is open to anyone and beginners are welcome!
