This 90 min workshop blends explanation, visuals, discussion, exploration and exercises. Linda will explain and review the principles behind FT and help you truly understand why our bodies need it. You will be shown a few of the primary exercises, what you should feel while doing them and tips to incorporate FT into your daily lives. Foundation Training is specifically and expertly designed to Relieve Pain, Prevent Injuries, and Improve Posture, Stability and Performance. Learn how to shift from supporting the body with your joints to where it belongs; in your muscles.
