Welcome to an amazing 3 hour workshop that will provide you with all the basics to start enjoying meditation and all of its benefits immediately. Learn why meditation has so many astounding benefits? Come and enjoy an afternoon exploring what meditation can do! If you are curious about how meditation can improve energy, memory, immune functioning, mood, decrease worry, stress, depression, anxiety, aging, and more, this workshop is for you! You deserve a three hour mini retreat at least once in your life so that you can learn more about your mind and how to master your happiness and health?

  • 1 Free ticket available each workshop for those who really need it, 2 lower income tickets, and 1 student priced ticket available!

All Saturday classes are identical, choose one date you are interested in, register, and we will see you there!

Wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, and come enjoy this mini retreat!

All seating available includes pillows and rugs, if you prefer a chair please feel free to bring one to the event.
