Description

This course allows you to enhance performance and productivity. It reduces stress and increases mental well-being. It dissolves negative emotions such as jealousy, hate, anger etc.

Mindfulness teaches us that how we have to slow down, pay attention, and watch our thought emotion which is arising within us instead of reaction. Therefore, whatsoever emotion arising within us, you need to witness of them without any reaction.

Conflict, argument etc. happen because we react to them immediately, therefore, we attract pain and misery in our life. Suppose, if a person is bringing anger and resentment upon us, we have to reply later on may be after few days or few hours but never react with them. And we have to observe their emotion without judgment or labelling and gradually you can feel that there is no stress or anger, it gets dissolved. Therefore, we have to be responsive than reactive.
