Broadway Camera's 'Introduction to Photography' will guide you through all you need to know to get started with your new DSLR or mirrorless camera!
Join instructor Ross den Otter as he takes you through the basics such as exposure, metering, shutter speed, aperture, ISO settings, white balance and more. This two-hour class is a fun combination of lecture, demonstrations and active participation.
Broadway Camera offers three School of Photography classes: Introduction to Photography, Judging Exposure, and Lighting & Flash Essentials. Your choice of two free classes is included with your purchase of a DSLR or mirrorless camera at Broadway Camera. Lighting & Flash Essentials is also free with your purchase of a flash, strobe or LED light through us.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There are several bus stops nearby and we are a 15 minute walk from the Broadway-City Hall station on the Canada Line.
Due to Broadway Subway construction. There is no parking on West Broadway.
If you choose to drive, there is ample street parking on nearby streets around West Broadway and Parkades in alleyways just North and South of West Broadway.
