Project Management Workshop Objective

The objective of this workshop is to introduce Non-Profit leaders to the practice of project management. You will learn how project management can assist you in successfully planning and completing initiatives through the use of basic project management tools and processes.

3. Scheduling and Budgeting

4. Project Controls

5. Status Reporting

6. Change Management (i.e. How to Make Changes to a Project)

7. Closing a Project

Marpole Oakridge Family Place is located within walking distance from Marine Drive Station on the Canada Line.  There is free street parking available as well as limited free parking at Family Place in stalls #5-22 (please do not park in stalls #1-4 assigned to staff).  Paid parking is also available in the retail parkade.  If you have any questions about this event, you may contact the workshop coordinators at: info@pm-volunteers.org.
