What better time to master your state of mind?

This five-week introductory course to meditation for beginners is being offered online.

Our meditation approach is called Raja Yoga. It is ‘yoga for the mind’. It helps to focus the energy of thinking in directions that create and sustain the experience of peace, love and happiness.

This course will be delivered via the Zoom platform, you will need to download this application in order to participate. 

Registration is required.  Prior to the start of the course you will receive an email requesting that you confirm your attendance. Then we will send you the zoom link. 

No charge. Donations are welcome.

For maximum benefit please commit to all 5 weeks as one class builds upon the other.
