Introduction to Tension Releasing Exercises (TRE)
Overview
TRE is a series of 7 exercises that assist you to access a natural (neuorgenic) tremor in your body that helps reduce stress and tension. This event will explore stress in your body and teach you the 7 exercises.
This event is open to almost everyone. (For this session, to attend: you need to be able to do basic standing exercises and have the ability to get yourself on and off the floor). If you have questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.
To Attend: Please bring a yoga matt or blanket to lie on the floor, wear clothing you can streatch in and for your comfort you may want to bring a pillow and blanket.
Parking: there is street parking or you can park in the parking lot of the school beside the temple.
