Event description

Description

This 2 hour event will introduce you to the foundations of Tension Releasing Exercises (also know as TRE and Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) created by Dr. David Berceli. This technique is a complimentary intergrated health practice that encourages your body towards a state of balance releasing chronic tension that the body holds. It is an innovative practice that you can learn to assist in relaxing and reducing tension. Regular practitioners of TRE report feeling more relaxed, more grounded, sleeping better, more flexiblity and reduced reactivity to daily life.

This event will provide you basic TRE history and theory, as well as teach you the exercises. Beverages and a break will be provided.

To attend: please wear comfotable clothing that you can stretch in and a yoga mat or blanket (for your comfort when lying on the floor)
