Event description
THE STRESS SOLUTION - Find out how TRE™ can reduce the damaging effects of daily stress in your body.

About this Event

Tension Releasing Exercises [TRE™] are an effective and easy-to-learn way to release patterns of damaging contraction that causes pain and suffering in both body and mind.

The shaking produced by seven simple exercises reverberates organically throughout the body, travelling along the spine, releasing tension everywhere. It allows the body to direct its own pattern of release, quickly dissolving stress and anxiety and the associated physical and emotional pain.

It is safe, effective and does NOT involve talking about the causes of stress or trauma. TRE™ workshop participants report:

* Increased flexibility resulting from reduced musculoskeletal pain,

* Greater energy and stamina resulting from restful sleep

* A general sense of well being resulting from lower tension

* Appreciate this tool as they can use for themselves by themselves

* TRE™ must be personally experienced to understand the depth of release your body can experience.
