Description

This is a 4-Week cooking program, designed to help you learn to make simple, delicious, vegan & gluten-free food right at home!

The classes will be run in two groups - Sundays from 1-4 and Mondays from 6-9 for 4 consecutive weeks.

Week 1 - All about breakfast
Learn to make simple, delicious breakfast foods. From overnight oats, to vegan gluten free pancakes! You will leave this class with your own overnight oats, or protein chia pudding pod to take home, as well as a greater understanding of how to make a variety of simple and delicious vegan/gf breakfast foods!

Week 2 - Vegan Sushi & Rice Wraps
You will make your very own DIY vegan sushi, and rice wraps! You'll love this hands on class, learn how to make, sushi with three different kinds of "rice", and get to take home your very own bamboo sushi roller so you can continue on at home!

Week 3 - Pub Favourites
From burgers, to buffalo wings (all vegan of course) you're going to fall in love with these healthi-fied pub favourites. Of course you'll learn how to modify for your personal taste, and even learn to make some delicious pub sides - like creamy caeser salad, and my personal fav, sweet potato fries!

Week 4 - Sweet Endings
What would a vegan meal be without dessert?! Learn how to make some of my favourite vegan desserts, with simple clean ingredients. From cheesecake, to cake pops there is something for everyone in this sweet endings class.

So What's included?

  • 4 weekly cooking classes focused on simple, vegan & gluten-free recipes
  • Weekly handouts e-mailed to you as a PDF document with all recipes, and other information discussed that week
  • Meal prep tip sheet and a stocking your vegan kitchen checklist.

4 week participants will additionally receive:

  • A FREE 5-day meal plan, complete with recipes and grocery list to make meal planning super simple
  • A rate of $150 for all four classes
  • A complimentary 30 minute session with me to discuss lifestyle, meal planning, or basic nutrition questions (can be in person, over skype or phone).
