Introductory Chakradance Workshop

Description
Join us as we introduce you to the seven main chakras - centers in our bodies which energy flows through - and learn the importance of keeping them balanced.
We will begin with a guided seated meditation, flowing into a dance - embodying the elements of the chakra centers - using guided imagery and movement.
Mandala art therapy will follow, along with another guided seated meditation focused on grounding and centering you.
