Fusion Cardio Toronto is pleased to offer one-time introductory spots in the Women’s Pound Rockout Workout class for new beginners-only.

Pound is one of the newest workouts to take the fitness world by storm. The workout combines easy-to-follow cardio moves with strength training and drumming. The combo works the entire body and raises the heart to a fat burning zone. The workout's routines which include standing, sitting and laying down routines, are paired to some of the hottest Rock, HipHop, and Trap remixed songs. This is a moderate impact workout and is always beginner-friendly.

RULES AND CONDITIONS: Ticket cancellations must be made 24-hours in advance or you may be restricted from future intro class sign-ups. Must submit the waiver and PARQ forms in registration e-mail in first class. All sales are final. New beginners-only. Female-only. 1 spot allowed per participant. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to register. Picture and video taking may be taken from the back of the room, if you have any concerns, do let me know so I can accommodate you as best as possible.
