Event description

Description

#InUnity Art Exhibit is Phase II of an initiative, and call to action, to bring more awareness to the national crisis of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls (MMIWG). Over the past three decades, 1 181 Indigenous women have been reported as murdered and 164 have been reported missing, while the real numbers are estimated to be as high as 4 000. This art exhibit will feature elements collected by the #InUnity team to produce educational visuals that allow viewers at many different education levels better understand the scale of human loss in Indigenous communities.

*#InUnity's art exhibit is non-profit, admissions are paid to the museum*
