NationWide II Self-Storage Trust makes investments in self-storage facilities. The Partnership will focus on investing in the acquisition, development and management of one or more self-storage and car wash facilities in the North American marketplace. The initial focus of the Partnership is on self-storage facilities located in Canada (and in particular British Columbia). Once the portfolio starts to grow and mature, the Partnership could expand into the United States.
