Description

This is our 1st historical celebration of African Heritage Month in Edmonton, and it will be unique celebration because this time we are very proud to examine future of our children in Edmonton, Alberta and Canada.

African Voice Network will be holding a Community forum on major social, economic, justice, and political issues facing Africans who have made their home Edmonton and Alberta. We would like to identify and address these issues at BOSCO FOUNDATION BUILDING 6770 129 Ave NW #312, Edmonton, AB T5C 1V7 on Saturday February April 24, 2018; 3 – 7 PM.

This FORUM hopes to highlight various core issues of Race and policies that African Community face. Together in solidarity, Canadian African are coming together to strengthen our collective voice for people who are politically marginalized, economically depraved, facing joblessness, lack of education & opportunities, and are victims of hate and racism.
