IPAC SWO Chapter Meeting and Education Day: June 22, 2023

Join IPAC SWO at the Boler Mountain Conference Centre on June 22, 2023 for the IPAC SWO Chapter Meeting and Education Day. 

Registration opens at 8:30 am. The IPAC-SWO business meeting will start at 9:00 am and the educational portion of the day will start at 10:00 am. If you plan to only participate in the educational portion of the day, please arrive at 9:45 am to register. 

The title for the education portion of the meeting is "From Theory to Triumph: Tackling UTI and C.diff with Implementation Science".

• "Introduction to Implementation Science" with Jacquelyn Quirk MPH, Evaluation Specialist, Public Health Ontario

• "C. diff: What is the Scoop with all this Poop?" with Dr. Michel Silverman, Chair/Chief Infectious Diseases, Medical Director of Infection Control St. Joseph's Health Care London
• "Lived Experience of UTI Program Implementation in a Long-Term Care Home" with Andrea Watson and Brenda Tanner, Rockwood Terrace

Note: Registration closes June 15, 2023 at 11:59pm. Refunds cannot be processed after 12 pm on June 16th, however registration transfers will be accepted.  Refunds will be for the registration fee minus administrative and Eventbrite fees. No fee will be applied to transfers.
