Hot off the success of last weeks Calgary Meetup we've decided to give everyone advance notice of next months event to make sure they have the date firmly penciled in their diaries.

Going forward the Calgary Chapter Meet-ups will be held on the first Monday of the month making the next event Monday April 3rd.

For the April event we are pleased to announce Peter Darlington from Solar Homes Inc as our guest speaker!

Peter specializes in building net-zero energy homes and renovating existing homes to net-zero standards. He also offers consulting services to homeowners and businesses, including energy modelling and design assistance. His objective is to maximize occupant comfort and energy efficiency. So if you're in the trades and interested in solar or energy retrofitting this is definitely one for you!

Alongside Peter's appearance will be the usual shop talk, Iron & Earth updates and chances to network with peers, contemporaries and fellow members.

There is a real buzz and community growing around the Calgary Chapter and we hope this continues, we look forward to seeing you there...oh, and why not bring a friend this month, I mean, it is free!
