To celebrate Salt Spring Coffee's week long pop-up Island Time : cold brew bar and confectionary, we're hosting a special 4-course, ticketed dinner event with chef Robert Belcham of Campagnolo Restaurant. Inspired by campfire cooking, Chef Belcham and his team will dish out their camp favourites with playful and elevated flair. The dinner will be an inspired experience using Salt Spring Coffee as a feature ingredient throughout the meal in creatively unexpected ways.
