Italian Chef's Menu with Chris Squire

Chef Chris Squire is here to show you the ropes of wonderful Italian cooking. The night will begin with a delicious spaghetti alla chittara cacio e pepe (guitar spaghetti with cheese and pepper). Sip on a glass of Tuscan wine while Chris prepares bistecca alla fiorentina con fagioli (Florentine steak with beans) followed by the Italian favourite semifreddo di mandorle e cioccolate bianche (semifreddo with almonds and white chocolate).
