Italian Pizza Making Class at Il Centro

Irene Mazzucato’s Authentic Italian Pizza Making Class is back by popular demand featured in our Lunedi Cucina con Noi! Every Monday we will be featuring an authentic Italian cooking class.

Irene was born and raised in Treviso, Italy, and has spent an abundance of years mastering the art of crafting authentic, homestyle Italian pizza.

Let her Italian heritage and remarkable cooking skills increase your pizza-making skills. After this class, you’ll never order take-out again, and will be reaching for this simple, handmade recipe that will immediately blow away all your friends and family.

This three-hour workshop will offer our attendees the opportunity to craft homemade dough, prepare the pizza and cook a delicious meal to enjoy at the end of class. We will also give our attendees extra dough to take home, so they can independently try to recreate the pizza by themselves.

Please bring a container (at least) 5x5 inch with you, an apron, and your appetite!

Feel free to bring your own bottle of wine if you'd like!
