Sicilian cuisine is one of my favourites to cook because of its many influences – Spanish, French, Greek, Middle Eastern, African and more!
Sicily is the Mediterranean’s biggest island, famous for its great fish and seafood … not to mention its oranges, pistachios, arancini, caponata, cannoli!
Arancini di Riso (Sicilian rice balls with mozzarella and spicy sauce)
Insalata di Finocchi e Arance (orange and fennel salad)
Involtini di Pesce Spada (sword fish rolls with tomatoes, capers and olives)
Carpaccio di Polpo (octopus carpaccio)

Timballo di Anelletti al Forno (baked pasta “cake” with Bolognese sauce, pecorino and mozzarella cheese)

Bring your own wine to enjoy with the meal. There are many great ones from this region!
