Itcush Method aims to improve posture, align the skeleton and build functional movement patterns. The Itcush Method use principles of the Mitzvah Technique to teach self maintenance exercises done on the floor, in a chair and while standing. The outcome is improved physical function, freedom from pain and renewed connection with daily movements.

This movement based class focuses on refining skills, targeting patterns of misuse, and building strength.
This class is for you if -
1 - You have a foundation in the Itcush Method/Mitzvah Technique.
2 - Have completed two of the following - 10 private sessions, two weekly class series, full summer/winter intensive.
3 - Have permission from the instructor.
