Understanding Alignment with the Mitzvah Technique and Itcush Method
“We are not born to ache so much.” – M. Cohen – Nehemia
The unique principles that characterize the Itcush Method and Mitzvah Technique facilitate a shift in posture that allows the body to find an effortless upright structure. Exercises done on the floor, sitting, and standing help to refine daily and athletic movements, release tension and prevent damage to the musculoskeletal system.
This class will focus on maintenance and injury rehabilitation through development of a self-maintenance program and one to one as well as group movement coaching. The student will come away with an understanding of neutral alignment and tools to carry out an efficient physical self-care practice.
