Based on the Mitzvah technique, Itcush Method brings this alignment practice to a group setting. This class will focus on shifting patterns through movment through development of a self-maintenance program. Students will come away with an understanding of neutral alignment and tools to carry out an efficient physical self-care practice. Previous experience not required; student new to this practice are encouraged to pre-register.
