Showcase your own project, university, or start-up in a hall filled with booths representing technological or business innovation around the world. Network with other conference delegates with an interest in R&D, tech, and the future.
The Innovation Showcase will proudly display some 20 distinct groups working on cutting edge UAS technology or business ideas through post-secondary institutions, start-ups, or other projects led by innovators of all ages and backgrounds.
Application Process & Eligibility
Eligible exhibitors include: companies, universities, start-ups, and student projects (e.g. design team or club) engaged in R&D or business innovation related to UAS.
To apply, please fill out the registration form by 23h59 EST on November 21, 2016. Accepted exhibitors will be notified by 23h59 EST on November 25, 2016, and required to register for the conference and have all materials approved by 23h59 EST on December 2, 2016.
For university labs, later-stage start-ups, or other established groups, the cost of showcasing is 1500 CAD to be paid and received by Dec. 6 2016. This includes complimentary passes for up to 4 exhibitors. Payment details to be sent by November 18 along with exhibition confirmation.
To encourage representation of student organizations (i.e. design teams or clubs, student start-ups that have received less than 50 000 CAD in funding), the cost of exhibiting at the Innovation Showcase is free for these groups. However, student attendees will be required to purchase the discounted student registration ticket (please use the same email address for showcase and conference registration).
The Innovation Showcase will open to delegates from 10AM to 5PM on both days of the International UAV Show (Dec. 6 & 7). Floorplan for the Innovation Showcase is available at uavshow.ca - see the booths prefixed TT. Further details on setup and takedown will be provided to confirmed showcase exhibitors.
Exhibitors wishing to bring equipment involving moving parts or electricity must state these items in the application form and these items must be given explicit approval by The Sky Guys prior to the conference.

The annual International UAV Show--taking place Dec. 6-7, 2016 at the Enercare Centre in Toronto--is an industry-focused conference uniting some 3000 individuals representing Canadian and global organizations active in the drone space, including commercial operators, aerospace and defence contractors, regulatory bodies, as well as clients across the many industries that drones now serve.
With world-class speakers and exhibitors from DJI Drones, senseFly, CBC's Dragon's Den, OMX, CCUVS, PrecisionHawk, and various government agencies and research institutions, IUAVS aims to be the go-to hub for facilitating industry adoption of drones and identifying the future of the drone industry.
The University Pavilion of the International UAV Show consists of two presentation halls and an exhibit area allocated exclusively to showcasing technological or business innovation led by students, young researchers, or young professionals around the world.
