Details: On Sunday November 15th, join us for a long table dinner in honour of James Barber (The Urban Peasant) to support the food programs at Providence Farm. The theme this year is Fire and Smoke to feature the James Barber Woodburning Oven, installed on the farm by the chefs in 2010. The Fire and Smoke menu showcases six courses of local food sourced from the Farm and area, and paired with fine local wines, ciders, beers and even a cocktail. Expect delicious results!
Great talent of the area have come together to make this a special and unforgettable dinner. Support the good work of Providence Farm and celebrate the great food and wine of our region in a community spirited long table dinner.
All ticket purchasers will receive a Providence Farm membership ($25 value) which provides a 10% discount at the Farm Store, at 1843 Tzouhalem Rd. A partial tax reciept can be issued by providing your contact details to provfarm@providence.bc.ca.
