Weekly, virtual programming for families and children ages 0-6. Programming will focus on fostering Japanese cultures and practices.

About this event

Weekly, virtual programming for families and children ages 0-6. Programming will focus on fostering Japanese cultures and practices through the use of creative expression, family-to-family social connection to break isolation, social emotional skills development and being kind to ourselves during this time.

The program will foster LGBTQ2S affirming practices, creating LGBTQ2S, Black, Indigenous and brave space for our communities, while fostering Japanese cultures and practices.

Requiring a one-on-one with EarlyON for child development (0-6 years) support for parents and/or caregivers:

Sessions available via email or over the phone (30 minutes) – by appointment only. To book your appointment, email Sharn at SPeters@The519.org with subject line "EarlyON Support".

Our Early Childhood Educators can:

  • Answer your questions related to child’s development and overall well-being;
  • offer developmental screening, referrals, and community resources;
  • check in on families and kids on a weekly basis.
