Join the CEC founder Jeff Warren for a Friday night meditation expedition into our March theme of "Imagination". Or maybe into some other place the consciousness calls!
We'll be meeting live at our Mosaic Yoga studio home, and streaming via zoom for our faraway friends.
This session is being offered on a "pay what you're able to" model, with a sliding scale to accomodate all income ranges. The CEC is a registered not-for-profit with the mission of making meditation and personal growth practices fun and accessible to all.
A portion of the proceeds for this event will be donated to Eli's Place, Canada’s first healing farm and residential treatment centre helping adults age 18-35 who have been diagnosed with schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, major depression, mood disorders & related mental health challenges
