"When I look back at the many wonderful experiences I've had with Jim Meehan, I remember the cocktails being exceptional, and how welcome he and his team always made me feel. He understands service and hospitality as well as any bartender I've ever met. In this definitive bartender's guide, Meehan gives us recipes for his cocktails, but also the recipe for how to graciously serve them- articulating his intuition, and teaching all of us the importance of genuine hospitality and how to fully realize it in the culture of our establishments."
