Do you know what Canadian employers are seeking in a candidate? At JobStart, we do, and can help.

By joining this interactive Information Session, you will learn how JobStart’s Newcomer Programs can enhance your job search, and increase your employability. The full program consist of:

1. Job Ready Workshops - We know what Canadian employers expect, are you sure you are presenting yourself effectively? Job Ready workshops are designed specifically for skilled newcomers.

2. Mentorship – Mentoring matching with a mentor from your field of work – get insider information and connections; jump start your network through mentoring and crack the hidden job market.

3. Networking opportunities – Exclusive invitations to networking events where you can practice your networking/presenting/interview skills and receive direct feedback from the professionals attending, all while building a robust network.

4. Employment Counselling – Access to one to one support to fine-tune those areas of your job search that is giving you the most difficulty.

5. Settlement Counselling – Our Settlement Counsellors are here for all your non-employment questions, and/or concerns. Each session is confidential.
