Friends Who Are Going
Event description

Description

We invite you to join us June 11th at Trolley 5 for an afternoon to support our friends Alysha & Josh.

Trolley 5 has graciously donated their space for us to enjoy for the afternoon, with food delicately crafted by Chef Myles for you to enjoy.
We will be hosting a silent auction that will begin at 330pm and closes at 5:00pm sharp. All proceeds will be donated to Alysha and Josh.

In early April of this year, Josh Ploof was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma*, leaving him unable to work. He is currently undergoing chemotherapy and will require a major surgery to remove all of the infected areas. The bottom portion of his femur and 10-12 cm of his tibia will be removed. In addition, Josh will require a full knee replacement. The surgery will be invasive and months of physiotherapy will follow.

Both Alysha and Josh are known for their love and support for those around them. As you know, this amazing pair is incredibly hard working. Over and above supporting and caring for Josh, you can still find Alysha working her two jobs at the clinic and Earls Tin Palace. This fundraiser was created in order to help relieve financial stress from these two amazing people through an incredibly difficult time.

Our goal is to raise $15,000 for them!

Below you will see a tiered donation ticket sale.
Note that each ticket will include entry as well as a complimentary drink courtesy of Trolley 5.
We have also included a donation option if you are unable to attend the event or if you would like to donate to our cause on top of your ticket purchase.

We thank you for all of your support and we cannot wait to see you all there.

* Osteosarcoma is a rare form of cancer that effect less than 1% of the population
