Description

Join us for a workshop that will help you prepare for the Toronto Waterfront 10K and get the most out the event!

Open to runners of all levels, we'll spend the hour going over what you need to do in order to keep your joints happy and healthy for running!

We'll talk about the pre-requisites you need in your joints for running and I'll teach you some specific mobility techniques that will help you get those pre-requisites, as well as some mobility routines you can do for your pre-run warm-up and post-run recovery.

There will be time at the end for questions so please bring any that you have!

PWYC (suggested price of $10) - I would rather see the room filled so please don't let money stand in the way of getting some good mobility education!
