Designed for the members of the Employers' Joint Occupational Health & Safety Committee. Overview of Part 3 of the Workers' Compensation Act with emphasis on a Joint Committee's duties and responsibilities. This seminar is beneficial for both the worker and employer committee representatives. Presented by Laraine Ashpole, an Employers' Adviser with the Ministry Jobs, Tourism and Skills Training and Responsible for Labour.
