This is not a lecture or a class and I am certainly not a teacher or any type of expert. I am simply looking to create a structured format for discussion. Most of the activity during the workshop will be in small groups of four.

Study Group Format:

1. We'll begin with a short introduction and instructions for the workshop. (15 minutes)

2. Participants will be placed into groups of 4 in separate breakout rooms.

2. There will be a series of questions and activities for your group.

3. There will be 4 rounds about 10 mins each.

4. Each person will have 2 minutes to speak during each round. After 4 rounds we'll have a break (40 mins + 10 min break)

5. After the break we will meet as a group to talk about the previous session and instructions for the 2nd half. (15 mins)

6. Participants will be placed in different groups and will follow the same format as the first half (40 mins)

7. We'll then meet as a group for some final thoughts (15 mins)

8. The discussion room will be open after the workshop for casual conversation.
