Description
This is a safe space to come and set yourself free into movement. It is a great workout physically, and mentally can help relieve stress. The dance is a two hour journey incorporating breath, movement and meditation as we connect inward through dance and experience the elements in an ecstatic state:)
No previous experience necessary. Every form of movement is welcome without judgment, even stillness is a form of dance.
May 4th is a by donation class to come and try it out.
Tickets for each of the other classes are $22 in advance
