Description

When was the last time you took time to just breathe?

Join me in this workshop where you’ll develop an awareness of your breathing and learn techniques to help you re-energize throughout the day and relax in the evenings.

Begin to reduce stress, discover calmness and improve sleep by becoming aware of how your breath affects your body and mind.

Come dressed for work or in your comfy clothes. You're welcome to bring a yoga mat to sit on, or you can sit in a chair. The objective is to be comfortable so you can connect with your breath.

What to bring -- a journal or notebook and a pen (or your tablet) to jot down any new awareness you gain from connecting with your breath.
