Justin Friedlich worked as the Sous Chef at Downtown Toronto's Buca Osteria & Enoteca, until the restaurant closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

He quickly moved online and started sharing video tutorials through Instagram (@JustinFriedlich) with tips and tricks on how to get restaurant-quality food in the comfort of your own home.

Blown away by the interest and popularity, this evolved into a business. Justin has been selling homemade pastas and pasta sauces, conducting virtual cooking classes through Zoom, and in-home private dinner events.

Justin will be guiding us through two Italian favourites: Caesar Salad and Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe. Whether you're enjoying a date night in or cooking for the kids, these dishes are sure to be a fan favourite!

We'll send you an ingredient list a few days before the event kicks off.

All of the proceeds from ticket sales will go to Covid Care Collective, a Canadian non-profit helping low-income households in Toronto obtain essential food, medical and hygiene items.
