Outwit, outplay, out-network! Join Kabangka in Central Park for Survivor-style games with a Filipino twist, plus a community picnic.
Kabangka X Survivor is a hybrid community-building initiative designed to replace the stiffness of traditional networking with highly accessible gamified challenges. Taking place in Burnaby's Central Park, participants will be split into ‘tribes’ to engage in Survivor-style relays featuring classic Filipino twists. The high-energy games will transition directly into an outdoor community picnic fostering authentic, lasting bonds between youth, young professionals, and industry mentors.

Registration & Tribe Allocation
Participants arrive at the designated grassy clearing in Central Park (near Patterson Ave) and are assigned to their "Tribes" using color-coded bandanas.
Welcome Circle & Introducing Kabangka
The Kabangka BC Outreach Team formally welcomes the group, highlighting Kabangka as a collaborative, youth-led non-profit dedicated to community building, cultural pride, and empowering youth.
Survivor Mega-Relay
Tribes face off in a multi-stage Survivor relay. Two tribe members must balance a calamansi on a spoon in their mouths while navigating a cone course.
