About this Event

Karma and the Power to Change - a half day morning course

Saturday 14 November

10am - 1pm

Onsite and Online

with Resident Teacher Kelsang Kunden

Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso teaches that karma is a meaningful object. An understanding of karma brings great meaning to our lives. And also, in difficult times, an understanding of karma gives us great encouragement and hope. By contemplating karma during difficult times, we are applying wisdom. This wisdom helps us to understand all our experiences, both good and bad, and keeps our mind peaceful and positive.

On this Saturday morning course, Kelsang Kunden will give a teaching on karma, and an explanation of how to apply our understanding of karma to our meditation and contemplation practice so that we remain encouraged as we look toward the future.

This morning course is an excellent opportunity to spend a Saturday morning in meditation training that will bring great benefit and meaning to your life. There are two meditation sessions with a teaching with a break in-between sessions. You are welcome to join us online or join us onsite. If you would like to join us onsite please rsvp on here or, text 226.486.2417 to reserve your seat.

$20. Free for members.
