About this event
Kate Quinn and Tyler Key are singers who love singers. Kate, born to a family of Nova Scotia musicians, has performed in the Halifax Jazz Fest, sung back up for Michael Buble, fronted an orchestra at Roy Thompson Hall, and serenaded David Foster. For the last decade, Ty’s been a popular fixture on Halifax’s music scene, leading bands at Grand Parade Square, working with prominent local artists and remaining a staple in Halifax’s most frequented bars such as Durty Nellys, the Lower Deck and The Stubborn Goat. Now, fifteen years after their first original album, jazzy trios at Stayner’s Wharf and duos at The Casino Nova Scotia, they’ve reunited to bring old and new favourites to venues across their beloved home province.
