Keeping It Together (KIT) is a “self-care support group” specifically for moms of loved ones with ASD of all ages (toddlers, children, teens and adult children).
Consider this your “girls night out” and get together with other moms who go through the same challenges, obstacles and share the simplest of wins.
The meetings start with a 15 minute opportunity to share about our month’s trials and or successes. We listen, understand and accept.
The majority of the evening is then focused on personal growth. There will be planned activities, such as prompted journal writing, crafts, presentations and other self-care fun.
December’s topic: KIT MANI & “SURPRISE” NIGHT!
Lori Dyck is a dedicated stay at home mom of two amazing kids (6 & 4 yrs). Her boy was diagnosed with ASD when he was 2yrs old and she is now a proud member of KIT.
As an enthusiastic lead consultant with Jamberry Nails, she is happy to come to our ASD mom’s night out on Dec. 14th to do mani’s with us and is also planning a pleasant “surprise” for KIT moms! Come and treat yourself.
Please be sure to register now for a spot and bring your journals if you have come in the past. A journal will be gifted to any new members that join us.
